  • ✓Categorize events: Meeting, Task, Deadline, Call, Other

Supervisor

  • ✓Has their own personal calendar with all standard features
  • ✓Can create events for themselves

How Supervisor Event Assignment Works

When a supervisor creates an event and tags a staff member:

  4. 4. Tagged event shows "Assigned by supervisor" label on the staff's calendar
  5. 5. Staff member receives the event and can view all details but cannot delete supervisor-assigned events
  6. 6. Both supervisor and staff can see the event in their respective calendars

Example: Supervisor John creates a "Team Meeting" event for Friday at 2 PM and tags Sarah (sales person). The event automatically appears in both John's and Sarah's calendars, ensuring both are aware of the meeting.

AI Performance Review System

The system includes advanced AI-powered performance analytics that automatically evaluates staff and supervisor performance. This intelligent system analyzes sales data, task completion rates, and consistency to determine if team members are performing well or need improvement.

How the AI Performance Score Works

The AI calculates a comprehensive performance score (0-100%) using a weighted average of three key metrics:

Sales Performance

50% Weight

Evaluates total sales amount relative to a $10,000 benchmark. Higher sales = higher score.

Formula: (Total Sales / $10,000) × 100 (max 100%)

Task Completion Rate

30% Weight

Measures percentage of tasks completed successfully out of total tasks assigned.

Formula: (Completed Tasks / Total Tasks) × 100

Consistency Score

20% Weight

Assesses regularity of sales activity. More frequent sales = better consistency.

Formula: (Number of Sales / 50) × 100 (max 100%)

Final AI Score:

AI Score = (Sales Score × 0.5) + (Task Score × 0.3) + (Consistency Score × 0.2)

Performance Rating Categories

Excellent Performance

80-100%

Outstanding results across all metrics. Top performer status. Eligible for highest rewards and recognition.

Good Performance

60-79%

Solid performance meeting expectations. Consistent contributor with room for growth in some areas.

Average Performance

40-59%

Meeting minimum requirements but showing inconsistency. May need additional training or support.

Needs Improvement

0-39%

Performance below expectations. Requires immediate attention, coaching, and performance improvement plan.

Using AI Insights for Management Decisions

The AI performance review provides actionable insights for Super Admins to:

  • ✓Identify Top Performers: Recognize and reward employees with excellent AI scores
  • ✓Spot Underperformers: Quickly identify team members who need support or training
  • ✓Track Improvement: Monitor how performance scores change over time
  • ✓Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use objective metrics for promotions and bonuses
  • ✓Set Performance Goals: Establish clear targets based on AI benchmarks
  • ✓Compare Team Members: Fair, unbiased comparison across the entire team

Important Considerations

  • ⚠AI scores should be used as one factor among many in performance evaluation
  • ⚠Consider external factors that may affect performance (market conditions, seasonality, etc.)
  • ⚠New employees need time to build up their metrics - adjust expectations accordingly
  • ⚠Combine AI insights with direct feedback and personal observations

Troubleshooting & Support

Common Issues and Solutions

User Cannot Login

  • • Verify the username and password are correct (case-sensitive)
  • • Check if the user account is active in User Credential Manager
  • • Reset the password if needed by editing the user account

Events Not Appearing on Staff Calendar

  • • Ensure the staff member was properly tagged when creating the event
  • • Verify the staff member's email matches their user credentials exactly
  • • Have the staff member refresh their calendar page

Sales Not Calculating Points Correctly

  • • Verify the sale amount was entered correctly
  • • Check that the sale status is "Completed" (not Pending or Cancelled)
  • • Points are calculated as 1 point = $1, rounded down to nearest whole number

AI Performance Score Seems Incorrect

  • • AI scores update automatically - allow time for recalculation after new activities
  • • Score is based on lifetime data, not just recent activity
  • • New users will have lower scores until they build a track record

System Requirements

  • •Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge - latest version)
  • •Stable internet connection
  • •JavaScript enabled in browser
  • •Cookies enabled for proper session management
